Sleep Paralysis Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has sleep paralysis around here. hmm, maybe, I need to define what sleep paralysis is. its a sleep disorder that while sleeping you wake up, however you cannot move or speak but of course you try to sleep or talk. you have halusinations etc. during sleep paralysis. shortlly, you are paralized during sleep. I had that sleep paralysis twice tonight and it was quite scary. if people who have sleep paralysis can write their experiences and how they cope with that, I will be glad :)
