Am I going to the right way? Three months has passed since I came to the UK. Before I came here to improve my English, I thought that my English would be improved naturally. But now I realized that it was wrong. Now I have eight months left. The period could be long or short. I know it depends on me. So I considered about my ways how I have studied thoughtfuly and arranged it again. Since last week I have spent more time on grammar to express me exactly than before, tried to read a newspaper to broad my word and attended meetup for conversation practice in English. I felt like getting more confident. But after attending meetup yesterday, my confidence is being shaken. Because most people who attended it spoke fluently in English. Even though they have been here for a longer time than me, I couldn't help but compare my english with theirs. I don't want to be in this mood and to fructuate between hopes and fears. I would capture myself not to be shaken and believe me.

Am I going to the right way?

Three months has have passed since I came to the UK.
Before I came here to improve my English, I thought that my English would be improved naturally.
But now I realized that it I was wrong.
Now I have eight months left.
The period could be long or short.
I know it depends on me.
So I considered about my ways how I have studied thoughtfuly and arranged it again.
Since last week I have spent more time on grammar to express me myself with more detail exactly than before. I tried to read a newspaper to broad my word increase my vocabulary and attended a meetup for conversation practice in English.
I felt like I was getting more confident.
But after attending the meetup yesterday, my confidence is being shaken.
Because most people who attended it spoke fluently in English.
Even though they have been here for a longer time than me, I couldn't help but compare my english with theirs.
I don't want to be in this mood and to fructuate between hopes and fears.
I would capture myself not to be shaken and believe me. [Didn't understand this part]

Haha, don't worry, your English is getting very good. Study will only get you so far though. By now you should have stopped learning vocab. from lists, and started reading. Read as much as you can. The more you read, the more words you'll know. Watch TV, listen to music. Do what a normal English speaker would do. You'll become fluent with practice, not constant study. As for jealousy, just remember that there will always be someone better than you in English, I'm a native and that goes for me too, so don't fret about it cause no one will mind.
