Tips:

For more fluency you can use the abbrieviation. This is not necessary--people will still understand you--but proper usage of abbrieviations gives the English a more natural flow. For example: SUV stands for "sports utility vehicle." The "vehicle" and "type" are already implied, thusly "It's a SUV type vehicle," is redundant. 

Also, "gasoline-electricity hybrid," can be shortened to "gas-electric hybrid," or even just "hybrid." This is a style point, and is not a necessary change.

The car

I like cars.
Regardless of kind, I do like it them. 
I have my own car.
It's a SUV type vehicle and uses a diesel engine.
I bought it because it's big, useful, and effective to go for travel.
Due to use the diesel engine, its fuel efficiency is quite good,
however its engine is has very loud engine noise.
So I don't want to buy a car which use with a diesel engine anymore.
I hope that the gasoline-electricity hybrid car will be released earlier in Korea.
