My Day My summer vacation started two weeks ago. I started to go to gym and lose weight three days ago. My day got completely different after that decision--it is becoming more productive and fruitful. How did I spend my holiday before going to gym? Get up at 10am, lunch, read online novels, dinner, read novels again...utterly wasting time and never moving! Yes, I belong to the "indoor girl" group, except when I want to hang out with friends, which is rare. After I decided to go to gym, things has changed a lot. I have a tighter and healthier schedule. Get up at 8:30 am, memorise new words for one hour and a half, reading literature, lunch, reading, gym, dinner, bath, relax(watch video or write essays), sleep before 12. I tried to sleep before 11, but it was hard. It will take almost an hour before I really fall asleep if I go to bed at 11. I think it is due to the unhealthy schedule I had at school--study late and stay up. Hope it can change, too. My summer ambitions--keep fit, hit the GRE test, develop an healthy routine. I loathed running half an year ago. However, I really didn't want to see myself getting fatter, which motivated me to go to gym and start to run. The running plan halted because of my final exams and now I retrieve it. I watched a BBC documentary tonight, Ten Things You Need to Know Before Losing Weight. Very interesting and informative. Good to know that calories are not only burned in the process of exercising but also after it. Recommend it to you and good night! Thank you for your corrections!

My Day

My summer vacation started two weeks ago. Three days ago, I started to going to the gym to and lose weight three days ago. [correct except for the missing defintite article before "gym".  However, the sentence reads like a report and is boring.  So using a continuous tense gives movement and break up the monotony.  This is a good writing trick.  Your English is good but time for spring to a higher level]My day got became completely different after that making this decision.  --it is becoming more productive and fruitful. How wonderfully productive it had become for me!

How did This was how I am going to spend my holidays being a gym rat! [Be more whimsical in this sort of essays.  It gives more liveliness] before going to gym? In my previous life, I get up at 10am and the by the time I'm ready, it's lunch time.  , I shall then read some online novels until dinner approaches.  After satisfying the demands of my stomach, back to reading novels again...  Utterly wasting time wasted to an active person.  and never moving! Yes, I belong to the "indoor girl" group except when I want to hang out with friends, which is rare.

After I decided deciding to go to the gym, things have changed considerably a lot. I have a tighter and healthier schedule. Now I get up at 8:30 am, memorised new words for one hour and a half, reading some literature, have lunch, more reading and then off to the gym., After making sacrifices to the Temple of my Stomach, dinner, I would luxuriate myself in a bath and to relax by (watching a  video or to write some essays.  ), sleep before 12 Finally more fun in dreamland at midnight!

I tried to sleep slumber off before eleven [or just 11pm]11, but it was hard. It will takes almost an hour before I really drift offfall asleep if I go to bed at 11. I think it is due to the unhealthy schedule I had at school - studying late and staying up. Hope it can this will change, too.

My Day

My summer vacation started two weeks ago. I started to go to the gym and lose weight three days ago. My day was completely different after that decision--it became more productive and fruitful.

How did I spend my holiday before going to the gym? Get up at 10am, lunch, read online novels, dinner, read novels again...utterly wasting time and never moving! Yes, I belong to the "indoor girl" group, except when I want to hang out with friends, which is rare.

Since I decided to go to the gym, things have changed a lot.

My summer ambitions--keep fit, hit the GRE test, develop a healthy routine.

I loathed running half a year ago. However, I really didn't want to see myself getting fatter, which motivated me to go to gym and start to run. The running plan halted because of my final exams and now I have revived it.

I watched a BBC documentary tonight, Ten Things You Need to Know Before Losing Weight. Very interesting and informative. Good to know that calories are not only burned in the process of exercising but also after it.

Recommend it to you and good night!
