I WILL BE THE BLACK STALLION !!! Today was the last day in the first month of my new job, well it's the first time to have a real job, i work as a Tele-sales agent, and i lack experience. During training i showed the most promise and i was the best, but when we started dialing customers, i became the biggest upset, everybody thought that i would be the Top-achiever of the new comers and the junior agents. Well now i am the worst new comer, but i have the potential to be the best, my coach and manager are believing in me, or i am not sure if they do after what i have done. The bad results were not because i was bad, well i was the best on the phone, but even my coach said: Hector i can't really understand you, u do everything right still u get no sales !!! My coach was confused so was I, may be we can say that i had a hard luck, BUT !! i made a promise that i will make the BIGGEST comeback in the history of my company and the i will be the black stallion. Tomorrow will be my first day at the second month and i will grind and i' ll do everything i can to achieve my goal. Please if u can help me in this, i will be so thankful, i am so ambitious and i want to dominate my working floor !!! Cheeeers !!! ^^

BUT,what I really want to say is....CHEER UP! you know chances are for those who are prepared.You've proved yourself to be the best in the training,you are still the best of all.believe me,maybe you just meet up with some troubles in the first steps...
