Here are some notes (not everything) to hopeful help you. Be aware the you will be "corrected" when you didn't make a mistake.
If you want to say "I come from England/Britain/the UK", say 我来自英国. 来自 means "to come from", whereas 来 is just "to come".
If you want to say "I am English/British", you can say 我是英国人 - Literally, I-am-Britain-person.
You used 和 to mean "and", but this not used for linking sentences.
说话 means "to speak", but it's a verb+object (literally, speak+words), as you have an object ("Chinese"), you swap it for 话.
I guess you wanted to say "I can speak Chinese", so can say 我会说汉语. 会 means "can" (referring to a skill that's been learnt)
When you have a time word (or phrase in your case) and a verb, put the time word first, so it should be "I - Monday to Friday - work", and the same with the sentence after.
