"Don't drive no big black car don't like no Hollywood movie stars" is poor English, actually. It is a double negative; and as you know, we don't use double negatives in English, but in this case, he is using double negatives because that is how uneducated poor people speak. Whether he is uneducated or not, he wants people to believe he is. This gives him what is called, "street cred" or street credibility. If a white boy, in this case, were to use proper English, he would be laughed at and not taken seriously. There is a whole subculture in the black, white, and latino communities in the United States that refuse or do not know how to speak proper English.
