Learning English

I just wanna want to get along with many foreginer friends.

I think if I wanna want to be good at English, I should be able to speak or talk with foreigner native English speakers rather than write or read. read and write. 

but.. i cant , because not exsist foreigner around me. I am not able to pratice to speak English because know native English speaker is around me. 

I studying studied English by myself for almost two years. 

When I start to study Engilsh,  I couldn't say one word; I even couldn't write or spell the word apple.

I made progress.
