Hire new staff. Please correct this. I was sent an e-mail asking if as head of the department I consider necessary hiring new staff, and I am writing this as an answer. Firstly, I think there is people enough working here, however, almost a quarter of my team is over 60. Within five years six to twenty will get retired. In my opinion we should hire some young people in order to supply the oldest staff in the soon future. It is not necessary to hire very well qualificated people, so we should look for cheap workers and train them. They will have been qualificated enough by our workers get retired. I look forward to hearing your opinion about that. I am allowed to hire new staff I want to know it as soon as possible to prepare the job interviews. In my opinion, we should hire some young people in order to supply replace the our oldest staff in the soon near future.

It is not necessary to hire very well qualificated educated people, so we should look for cheap minimum-wage workers and train them up who will have been sufficiently qualifiied enough by the time our older workers get retired.

I look forward to hearing your opinion about that. If the decision to I am allowed to hire new staff is made, please let me I want to know it as soon as possible so that I can to prepare the job interviews.
