Conversation with my sister 

누나랑 같이 이야기한다. (누나와의 대화)

Sister: What are you doing?

누나: 지금 뭐해?
Me: Doing my homework.

내가 (나): 숙제를 하고있어요.
Sister: Are you almost done?

누나: 거의 끝나가?
Me: Yea, just got to finish this essay.

내가 (나): 네, 에세이한 다음에요. (이 에세이만 끝내면 되요.)
Sister: After you're done, can you wash the dishes and throw out the trash?

누나: 에세이한 다음에 설거지하고 쓰레기 버렬(버려줄) 수 있어?
Me: Sure, no problem. Where are you going?

내가 (나): 문제 없어, 어디 갈 (가)게요?
Sister: I'm going out to do the laundry. When I'm back help me clean the bathrooms.

누나: 세탁하러 갈거야. 언제 돌아와는 와장실을 도와주 개끗해 (나 갔다오면, 화장실 청소 좀 도와줘.)
Me: Sure but buy Clorox on your way back, we don't have any more.

내가 (나): 응 근떼 (근데) 돌아와는 (돌아오는 길에) Clorox를 사다주세요. 이제 더이상 없가 아니다요 (없어요).

누나랑 같이 이야기한다 

누나: 지금 뭐 해?
내가: 숙제를 하고있어. 
누나: 거의 끝나가?
내가: 응, 방금 에세이 끝냈어.
누나: 에세이 한 다음에 설거지하고 쓰레기 버릴 수 있어?
내가: 문제 없어, 어디 갈꺼야?
누나: 세탁하러 갈거야, 내가 돌아왔을 때 화장실 청소 좀 도와줘.  
내가: 응, 근데 돌아오는 길에 Clorox를 사다줘, 우리가 가진 게 더 이상 없네.  

~요, ~세요 use when you talk to old people, stranger or nonfriend. 

You can say just ~어, ~야 with freind, family sister, brother. 

네(yes) -> 응 (yes), It's the same reason. We don't say '네' with sister.
