A New Challenge
In At the beginning of this year I made a decision that changed my life. I decided to quit my job, leave the city that I was living in, and move to another country to have new experiences. First, I was in doubt s about what I would like to do and where I would like to live. But, after a long conversation with one a friend that, at the time was moving to London to study English, (so) I decided to do the same. I had been saving money for some years, and I realized that it would be possible to live in London for 6 six months, just studying only. So, 3 three months later after, I moved to London and I've been living here for 3 months. I'm so grateful for about that because I'm thinking about many things in my life; what a I really want to do, etc. Next month I'm moving to the countryside to have a new experience in an organic farm. I'm excited because everything will be new: friends, place (location), working! Let's wait and see what will happens! (The present tense sounds more natural here)

Most of the corrections are quite minor. This is good English.
'At' is used for specific times and places. It is more specific than 'in'.
Numbers one to ten are usually written in full.
The expression is 'in doubt'. I had doubts or I was in doubt.
