Well,since my group was given a place of for OCMT(Outstanding Trainees On The College Military Training),so hence we need to decided decide who is will be the outstanding trainee on of my group.It is hard to decide, because on in my group ,just there is only one member who didn’t perform well on during the training, and the seven other members performed really good (well).So we have decided to drew draw lots, to and pick out the OCMT of my group.Our group leader made seven small pieces of paper, but just there is only one which was written OCMT. So whoWhoever getsthis one the paper with OCMT on,who would be the OCMT of my group.I was the first one to draw the lots, and as my fortune (luck) is always not so good,so I think I wouldn’t get the piece of paper which was written OCMT.But exceeding (out of) my expectations , I got the one it ,So thus I be am the OCMT of my group.

Nothing much about serious mistakes. I also make those small mistakes in my writing too! Whenever you continue a sentence after “to”, the verb at the back should always be present tence. For example, 

I would like to thank you for the drink. 

I'm more likely to attend the meeting late.

You doesn't have to submit the form now.

Also, try to avoid using too many "so"  in one paragraph. If it's possible, try to omit it. You can use other words instead, like, hence..., therefore..., thus... . :)
