Needs to be corrected {<= This is a bit pushy, I'm neither your servant nor your subordinate.} Please correct this
The absence of a particular identity moves each individual on a plane of towards equality and cohesion: a plane where everybody and everything are is indistinguishable from each other.
But at the same time, having eliminated every fake, self-made identitity, there is a "One", that I am., which its whose existence is provable by the fact that I observe with these eyes and not with another's, and I'm not in a forest among other trees, that gives a balance of individuality to the indistinguishable cohesion amalgam of all things, and persons people giving life nurturing to an inextricable intrinsic "Duality" that's made up of individual and universal cohesion {the individual and the collective(?)}. *
A "Duality" that is made up of the "I am", which that is not neither distinct and nor defined, and the "I am" which that inhabits within me and not in the other.
In a few words,** by eliminating every fake, self-made identity (e.g i.e. I am smart, I am not jealous, etc.) that separates me, I reach a harmonious, universal level keeping equilibrium at the same time that I achieve a unique, undetached independent (from other things and people) individuality. {better="identity"}
It's difficult to comprehend, especially, by an unconscious mind: a mind that confines {better: compartmentalizes} itself and others in categories, so that it can only see differences bringing that causes separation from neighbours.
*Honestly, this is quite a bloviated sentence; I don't quite know what you mean here.
**When you use the expression "in a few words", you should follow up with something terse, not another ~40 words.
