We are what we eat!
Obesity is a serious problem nowadays. Many people are suffering from this disease, which leads to a great number of deaths. It is very strange that the governments of many countries does not consider it to be a danger for the population and does not take any measures to curb it. This morning I was watching a presentation by Jamie Oliver on TED talks and his speech really impressed me. He was talking about the extent of the problem in the USA. He showed the audience pictures of children who are suffering from obesity. The government, schools and even parents must be blind not to notice this problem.
So the main idea of my message is this: we can't change the situation in the whole world but we can at least care about proper nutrition for our parents, friends, children and family. Just look at what they eat and what you yourself eat. Choose healthy food: more fruits, vegetables and greens. We are what we eat!
I've made corrections just for flow and to make the sentences seem more natural. I see that articles (<em>a/the</em>) are giving you trouble, but they're surprisingly easy to fix.
