What do I do to get better my target language?

Well, Every day I get up thinking of about what I can do to improve my English and the answer is always "I don't know"...yep it's sad but actually I learned with it (1)...Thinking of what you have to do is not the better way to improve your language. Trust me, just stop to do doing this!
Doing something you want to do in your target language is the better way to improve it your proficiency no matter regardless of what you are doing actually do because what's really matter  what really matters is the action. What would be this action? So, what can we do? Well, doing something you like to do such as listening to music, watching movies or something else is a great way to start. Of course, having fun is the key to this working method, because without it otherwise, you will get bored quickly.
Why am I saying this? Well, I've always been looking for a way or a magician trick that to improve my English and you know what? I've just spent a long time looking for it!
So, just stop to look for a magician trick looking for shortcuts and start doing something you want to do. That's my advice. So take Action guys!

The advice I'd give you is that sometimes, you start talking about a point, but don't clarify clearly what you mean by it. For example, at the end, you said "why am I saying it", however, the follow up sentence "I have ben looking for a way to improve my English" is not a plausible reason to your question. 

So coherence is important when writing. 

In addition, I thought that the first paragraph could be improved too. This is what I didn't understand what you meant, but I'm guessing you wanted to say "I used to learn English by <em>thinking</em> about what I should do to learn English, but it is not a good way to learn English." This is an axiomatic statement, so you can add something like "but as you can probably guess", or " - because I wasn't doing anything!" to get these:

I used to learn English by thinking about what I should do to learn English, but as you can probably guess, it is not a good way to learn English.

I used to learn English by thinking about what I should do to learn English, but it is not a good way to learn English - simply because I wasn't doing <em>anything</em>!
