Could you correct my short post? Thanks a lot in advance for your help.

How are things there? What is the weather like?
Here it has been rainy since yesterday. It rained so much that in some places the ground is waterlogged.
In other words, it was raining cats and dogs but not constantly.
I have just came home tired and hungry. I ate two full plates of soup and meat in cabbage, which was boiled. (I will not judge your diet choices, maybe you meant  ...soup with meat and cabbage)
Unfortunately, I wore new shoes today and I scratched my feet, it hurts to walk.
I am going to made cutlets today and fry some potatoes. 
Unfortunately all prices on food have risen and the only casualties of this crisis are ordinary people.
I must bid you farewell as it is time to take my daughter from a kindergarden.
