My sister has an apartment but <em>it has</em> more rooms <em>than</em> she needs. <em>She</em> asked me if I <em>knew</em> <em>an</em> easy way to rent it to <em>foreigners, because</em> she <em>wants</em> to learn <em>English</em> <em>from them, and</em> also <em>make</em> money. I am not sure if <em>foreigners would</em> like it, so I have that doubt in my mind. <em>Will you</em> help me with <em>my research?</em> What <em>would</em> you <em>prefer; and why?</em> <em>What would you pay to rent a room that is similiar to</em> a room in your <em>own home?</em>

What do you prefer? A homestay, a backpacker, or a hotel?

My sister has a great apartment, but with it has more rooms than she needs.  She asked me if I know of an easy way to rent it , to foreingers, because she wants to learn English in that this way also and also save some money.  But I am not sure if the people will like it, so I have that doubt in my mind! (Many people don't like to put the word "but" at the beginning of a sentence, but I use it much of the time)
