Im losing fluency, vocabulary and grammar

I went to the United States two years ago. I was studying there for almost 8 months and I think I improved a lot my English fluency, grammar, and vocabulary a lot, but then I returned to my country and I quite practicing, so I have been losing a lot of grammar and fluency mainly (a little confusing - losinf fluency mainly, or both? Also sounds strange. Might be better to say "I have been losing a lot of what I knew"). I still have a good listening skills and I can read almost as faster as in Spanish, but it's getting harder and harder to organize the structure of sentences that I already knew. Any advice? ty a lot!

Sounds to me like you simply need to practice speaking. You're English seems very good, even in writing, and the best way to retain things you still know and relearn things you've forgotten is just practice. The more you speak, the better. I'm available for tutoring and conversation/speaking practice, if you want. Just check out my teacher profile. Otherwise, great job and good luck :)
