Looking for a new job

Have you ever thought about changing your job. I am pretty sure that every one has thought about it  at least once including myself

I have many(plural) reasons to evaluate my current job and I want to share with you.
first of all : 24 hour availability. I have to work 24 hour a day and i receive calls at 2 or 3 AM.
As well, my job has a lot of stress. That means that there are many things to do in a short period of time.
Recently, my wife and I just had a newborn baby and I want to take the time off as much as possible, to be  with her. Finally, I want to improve earn more salary per month.

If you have a similar situation as me, go ahead and tell me what did you choose/you chose.

First of all: 24 hour availability.  I am on call 24 hours a day for work, sometimes I get a call at 2 or 3 A.M. to come into work.
Second one: My job has a lot of stress, because there are many things to do in a short period of time.
Third one: I just had a newborn baby and I want to spend as much time with her as possible.
Finally, I want to increase my monthly income.
