"Мудрствовать лукаво" means to intentionally spend time on wise/philosophical arguments which have nothing to do with reality or cannot solve the problem in hand. Basically, to waste time. "Тут мудрстовать лукаво" - "Here, to get wiser vixenly", "особо не о чем" - "nothing special about (it)" ? "There is nothing special to get wiser about, here"? This is what I don't understand :)
