Japanese Cuisine
Tonight, my English teacher taught us something about Sake. It's a pity that I never select his course before.
He said, "Generally, we use 'Japanese Food', but if you want to show off. You can use 'Japanese Cuisine' instead."'
What's more, I knew some knowledge of Wine, White Wine, Spirit, Liquor, and Cocktai, plus the difference between them. That's interesting! Then, I learned some new words about Japanese food, such as Kaiseki, Sake, Ramen, Sashimi, Sushi, and the Miso Soup.
Finally, the teacher said he will introduce French or Italian Cuisine to us next course. That sounds great! I can't wait! But...I'm so hungry now. I have to find something to eat if I'm not afraid of fat!
