The use of the word "though"

How I can translate this into Spanish?

If She's asleep, though, don't interrupt her.

I don't quite understand the use of "though"

I think you want to say "Si está durmiendo, sin embargo, no interrumpirla."

In this case, "though" means "however" or "sin embargo" in Spanish.

The sentence makes more sense if there's something that precedes it such as "Ask your mother to come to eat dinner.  If she's sleeping, though, don't interrupt her (sleep)." 

"Though" can also mean "although".

Examples:

Though many people take the entrance exam, few are able to score high enough to be admitted.

Aunque muchas personas toman el examen de ingreso, pocos son capaces de anotar lo suficientemente alto como para ser admitidos.

Although she's tired, she must wake up.

Aunque está cansada, ella debe despertar.

I'm not sure that this is a rule but my instinct is that you should use "however" and "although" instead of "though" when writing and that you should use "though" mostly in spoken English, partly because it is only one syllable and flows off the tongue more easily.
