Please, correct this entry. Now, in my mind I have many plans for my life. My dad want me become a government official, but i don't like it. He's brought me to a government office to intern. After a short time to intern here, i realize that people in my department is so talented. I feel I have nothing, only bachelor of degree at good while they have master of degree and actually high experience. So that, I want to improve my English to studying overseas to enhance my skills and knowledge. But I'm afraid that my dad doesn't agree that because he thinks not somebody is worked at government offices. If I'm late a or 2 years, I'll have no chance.

Please, correct this entry.

Now, in my mind I have many plans for my life.
My dad wants me become a government official, but i don't like it. He's brought me to a government office to intern. After a short time to intern here, iI realize that people in my department isare so talented.
I feel I have nothing, Only a bachelors of degree, at good while they have masters of degrees and actually highprofessional experience.
So that is why I want to improve my English. To begin studying overseas to enhance my skills and knowledge. But I'm afraid that my dad doesn't agree that because he thinks someone can gain experience not somebody is worked at government offices. If I'm late a or behind by 2 years, I'll have no chance.

So I have edited the parts I could understand, however the sections in red are conjugated a bit challengingly. I think in the last section you are trying to explain that your Dad disagrees and thinks that you can get all the experience you need working in government, but you feel that you have no chance referring back to the fact that you are behind your co-workers by 2 years in professional and educational experience? Let me know if this is right and if it helped you out. :)
