In your letter -describe the item you lost -explain how you lost -tell the insurance company what you would like them to do Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Tatiana Zh. I have bought a policy in your company. Its number is N2575 on the 15th of the June. Unfortunately I have lost my laptop that was include in this policy. I brought my laptop (model is Samsung R15 serial number is SQ151638) on holiday and used it for an internet surfing in the hotel's hall. on the 10th july I was sitting in the hall when I got an incoming call. I went outside because it was an important one and left the laptop on the table. After that I made a few more calls and came back in about 30 minutes. However, my laptop disappeared. I asked the manager from recipe immediately, but he did not see anybody suspicious. Also I informed police and I have got the police's report. This in № PCG0174. In view of the fact, that the loss of laptop is covered by this insurance I would like to get the full value of this one. I hope you review my case promptly and satisfy my requirements. My name is Tatiana Zh. I have bought recently purchased a policy in with your company. Its The policy number is N2575, which I purchased on the 15th of the June. Unfortunately I have lost my laptop, that was include in which was covered under this policy.

I brought my laptop (model is Samsung R15, serial number is SQ151638) while on holiday and used it for an internet surfing surfing the internet in the hotel's hall. On July 10th I was sitting in the hall, when I got an incoming call. I went outside because it was an important one and left the laptop on the table. After that I made a few more calls and came back in after about 30 minutes. However, my laptop disappeared. I asked the manager from recipe reception immediately, but he did not see anybody suspicious. Also I informed police and I have got a copy of the police's report. This in № PCG0174.

In view of the fact Per the insurance policy's terms, that the loss of the laptop is covered by this insurance, and I would like to get be reimbursed for the full value of this one. I hope you review my case promptly and satisfy my requirements.
