Most of trees have young leaves and some are still naked. The pavement is covered by light tiles. It is very neatly, there is no leaf litter on the walkway. There are charming elderly lamp poles along the path.

Many of them are carrying opened umbrellas.
Some of them are carrying knapsacks.
It is spring. The weather is wet and foggy.
Most of trees have young leaves, and some are still bare.  [2] 
The pavement is covered by light tiles.
It is very neatly,.  There is no leaf litter on the walkway.
There are charming, old lampposts along the path.

 

[1]  "the alley" if the alley has been previously identified.

[2]  The trees are "naked" is not wrong.  To a certain degree, using the word "naked" would personify the trees.
