First , the plan has to do with working on a project the whole day, This could be just possible if the team is in two sides of the world, for instance a work team in The USA and India, while India is working ,The USA is sleeping. However, this plan could be a serious flaw since, the communication would not be immediately, as a result one part of the team could make assumptions. Second, even though the plan appears to be inexpensive because of the communication advances, They have to take in account that the managers would spend a lot of time to coordinate the entire team. Finally, it is difficult to find the proper time to have a meeting due to the time difference between the countries.
