The closing of a letter varies from person to person and often reflects the relationship of the writer and reader. "Thanks" and "Regards" or "With Regards" are more informal and used by friends and some acquaintances. "Sincerely" is a good all around closing that is better suited for formal writing such as business and is also acceptable in personal informal letters.

Hi! You can end your email by either saying 'Thanks' or 'Regards'. And your name comes after that. For example - Thanks, Rohini
