Why is so difficult to speak english fluently? Hi! This is my first post and experience on iTalki. I'm looking forward to meet new people and to practice my english as consequence. Well, I've been studying english for 4 years. My listening and reading skills are quite good, but speaking and writing are so hard to me! I would like to know if someone else has the same difficulty. My reasons to learn english are because I love to travel, and it's a little bit frustrating not to be able to communicate with another travelers, since english is the most common language. As a long term goal, I want to get a good TOEFL score to do my master abroad. I've been searching in places like Portland (Oregon, USA), London, Canterbury and Canterbury (UK) and in countries that english is not the first language, but the course is taught in english.I love new cultures, getting to know new people, and living abroad again is a dream that I want to accomplish. Please, fell free to correct my post and keep in touch if you want to practice portuguese as well. I really appreciate your help!

Hi Tom, Thanks for sharing! It's good to know that I'm not the only one who has struggles with a new language! But your Portuguese is very good and congratulations for your MBA in Rio!!! Such an amazing city, right? Estou à disposição também caso queira conversar em português algum dia. Um abraço!
