I read you "The most important thing in communication is hearing what isn't said." - Peter Drucker That quote is undoubtedly true. As in written communication, don't you realize when you read someone's writing you also try to read his/her personality? I'm not talking about graphology here. And have you ever felt happy or fed up right after reading his/her feedback? On computer, all writings from different people looks same. But on italki, sometimes I try to read someone by looking and reading his/her correction. People will choose the color for the right words, highlight the wrong ones, add some explanations between sentences, bold here and there, or type the correction and ignoring the editing panel.

that's cool, i think that even in written chat, you can read the others thoughts, because of the words that they choose in their speech
