my proposal is:

Dear Mr. Marcellus Wallace
I am writing to propose one /a/ new solution for you /your/ company / your company's problem/. This consist/s/  in one system online, this mean/s/ that yours/your/ employees used/will use only/ one system /of/ E-learning for /to/ learn about their area of work.
Features of the platform E-learning:
-Video conference.
-Chat in /omit in - Live chat would be better/ live with tutors and trainers.
-Follow up of all students.
-Download and Upload material.
-Calendar of their events.
-100% available /availability/.
-and much more.

This solution /emerged from our last meeting where ?you spoke about the problems you  had  for /experienced with better than had for/ distance training. At the meeting, we talked about the costs of /omit of - latin is considered pretentious, per day is better/ per diem. In this solution the students and teachers will be able to take courses from your workplace or even from your own home in the schedule that /as/ they are available.
