Very good. Did you spot the purposeful mispelling of the word Happyness in the film title? Ian

The Pursuit of Happyness /Happiness/ is an American drama film. It’s based on a true story, this movie tells the story of Chris Gardner, a salesman who struggles to build a future for himself and his family. Chris is married with /to/ Linda, who works as a hotel maid. The couple has /have - I know couple is singular so has is correct but common usage is have/ a child, his name is Christopher and he’s 5 years old.
Troubles in Chris’s family start when he decided /decides - you're using the descriptive present so keep verb consistent/ to invest his entire life savings in portable bone-density scanners. With these scanners, he wants to demonstrate to doctors that this new machine is better than the standard X-rays. While/Although/ he is able to sell most of his bone-density scanners his financial problems started /start, or begin - it's not clear why these problems begin/, and because of his financial problems, his wife leaves him with his little son /does she leave the son with him, or does she leave him, taking his son with her?/.
So now things for Chris are harder than before, because he loses his job, he doesn’t have enough money to pay his apartment /pay for his apartment, better pay his rent/  and all his debts. Without a salary, Chris and his son are evicted from their apartment /oh I see, she does leave the son with him :-) / and they are forced to sleep on the streets, in homeless shelters and even behind the locked doors of a metro station bathroom.
But then Chris realizes that he can’t live in the same /in this situation/  situation with his little kid, and with self-confidence and the love and trust of his son, Chris Gardner works so hard to get a new job and rises above his obstacles
In /At/ the end of the movie Chris get /gets/ a good job and finally he became in a Wall Street legend /becomes a Wall Street legend/.
This movie is one of my favorite movies because it shows that nothing is impossible, if you have love, courage and faith you will be able to overcome any hard situation in your life. /good luck/

At the end of the movie, Chris gets a good job and eventually becomes a Wall Street legend.
