Do you have more or less free time than a year ago?
Now I spend more time working and especially working on computer then a year ago. And Yes, I have less free time now. But now I have more interests than a year ago too. As a result I don't have enough time for each of my interests. I think the main problem is wrong time planning and wrong priority setting.  (отсутствовал неопределенный артикль  перед существительным в единственном числе, кроме того артикль А также встречается в устойчивых фразах- клише: As a result...на это надо обратить внимание, а именно использование артиклей) 
I don't have enough time especially for my hobbies - drawing, guitar playing, my own projects, hiking. It's so hard to find time for them during a workday. And again I don't have enough time for each of my hobbies on weekend. (everyone- используется в значении каждый, с ссылкой на одушевленный предмет, в даном случае актуально слово each, которое уживается со всеми вариантами)

How do you get to work?
It depends on how many free time I have before my work starts . If I go to work earlier than usual, I go by walk. If I'm going to be late ( if I am late-это тоже как вариант), than I take a bus.

How long does it take you? (- вопрос кажется незаконченным, я рекомендую все-таки добовить to get to the office)
It takes about 30 minutes by walk and by bus it usually takes shorter time - about 10 minutes. So if I want to save my time I take a bus. ( It takes..me(him, her...) 30 minutes+ to do something-это чудная формула тебе поможет, это рамковая конструкция с ней можно играться, например It takes me about 30 minutes to walk to the work. Артикль  the work- делает ссылку не на работу, а на здание в котором ты работаешь.)

Do you usually arrive on time at work?
I usually arrive on time. But sometimes I arrive late. It depends on external circumstances like slow traffic and on internal circumstances for example when I get up late or when I have some task in the city center.

Do you waste a lot of time every day? ( в современном английском допускается, но в классическом варианте a lot of не употребляется в вопросах, вместо него используется much)
I don't waste much time but it's not enough to make something useful.
