Mathieu
My first half- marathon I ran my first half-marathon two years ago. The day before, I had thought I could cringe because I was not sure to be ready but I had changed my mind. I had prepared my stuff gingerly. I had chosen my sport clothes and decided what I could have been eat for breakfast the next day. I woke up at 4:30 am because I had to leave at 5:15. When I arrived on the the shuttle site I took the good shuttle and I went to the start line. I have waited 30 minutes on the start line site. I saw a lot of spare people because they worked out to get good result. At the beginning, I felt mousy because there were 5000 people on the start line. I ran 200 meters and I have lost one of my water in the swarm so I couldn't take it. It was at the end of august so it was pretty hot this day. Everything was all right until the sixteenth kilometer. I had a cramp in my leg. I told me: oh crap!5 kilometers left and the rest of the race is in uphill so it could have been difficult. I thought to give up but I was too proud for that so I have continued. It was very difficult but I have run until the end of the race. I did it in 1 hour and forty-five minutes. At the end, I was spent but very proud of myself.

My first half- marathon

I ran my first half-marathon two years ago. The day before, I had thought I could cringed because I was not sure to be if I was ready but I had then I changed my mind. I had prepared my stuff gingerly (not sure what you meant here - maybe <em>carefully</em>?). I had chosen my sport clothes and decided what I could have been eat for breakfast the next day. I woke up at 4:30 am because I had to leave at 5:15. When I arrived on at the the shuttle site I took the good shuttle and I went to the start line. I have waited 30 minutes on near the start line site. I saw a lot of spare people (there) because t<em>hey worked out to get good result (</em>not sure what you meant there). At the beginning, I felt mousy scared because there were 5000 people on the start line. I ran 200 meters and I have lost one of my water (shoes? sweat?) in the swarm so I couldn't take it. It was at the end of August so it was pretty hot this that day. Everything was all right until the sixteenth kilometer. I had a cramp in my leg. I told me myself: oh crap!5 kilometers left and the rest of the race is in uphill so it could have been was difficult. I thought to give about giving up but I was too proud for that so I have continued. It was very difficult but I have run until the end of finished the race. I did it in 1 hour and forty-five minutes. At the end, I was spent but very proud of myself.
