Learning English I've been learning English by myself for more than 4 years I think. I haven't practiced it for about 4 years and I just started to practice again after a long time. When I was about to start learning it by myself when I was a high school student, actually I couldn't even make one sentence correctly and Hello, how are you was the only thing I knew even though English is the one that Korean students learn at school since elementary school. Back in my high school, I didn't like the way Korean schools teach English. I thought it's not practical at all and most of my friends or the people I know couldn't even make a sentence after learning English for more than 5 years at school. So I can say that's one of the reasons why I started to learn it by myself. Now I can hold a light conversation and express my feelings a little but not in detail. This is the the result of my efforts and I'm proud but I still have to practice a lot.
