A Complaint Letter for Correction Hi there ! I kindly ask to correct the following letter. I am currently training my writing skills in English. A "story" for writing this letter is that a few days ago I bought a mobile phone in a tax -free shop and it does not work properly. Dear sir/madam, I am writing you this letter to complain about a mobile phone that I bought a few days ago in your shop. On October 10 at Heathrow airport I purchased the latest model of Galaxy mobile phone . My intention was to use it abroad in order to keep in touch with my business colleagues here in the UK. I was assured by a sale representative that this model would work also in the USA where I was flying to. In addition to that it had a 3 year international warranty and a long list of the most modern features. Upon arrival to the US I followed the instruction written in the technical documentation that was provided along with the phone. To my greatest disappointment I couldn't connect to none of the American mobile phone operators. The phone got stuck with a message "Couldn't establish connection". Because of my disability to be in constant connection with my company, my business trip was not as successful as it could have been. I was even more disappointed when I returned to the UK and again had the similar problem with the phone. This time all the smart phone applications was not working properly so I even couldn't receive or send SMS. I have tried to talk with the service center that is ran by you shop but I was not given any assistance there. I firmly insist on either exchanging the misfunctional phone to a new one or fully refunding me with the cost of the phone. Faithfully yours, Jack Eighter.
