Is Kaizen a lie or a life style ? Kaizen is Japanese philosophy that it’s used for industry. Human brain resist to big changes. That’s why, we should do improvement with small steps. Example, If you want to loss weight, you shouldn’t do hardcore diet. Decrease one spoon from every meal in a day. After a month, you’ll see, your meal’ll decreased 30 spoon. Continuously Improving is key of the efficient production. What do I think ? I read a few books about it. At the first time, I was impressed. Especially Japanese Automotive Industry’s improvement after second world war. But then I noticed something. You can’t control the improvement. Because Improvement is improvement. If you see an opportunity, you work on it. You don’t look it is big or small or it doesn’t matter it’s taken short or long time. Final conclusion, I think it’s a balloon.

I (have) read a few books about it. At the first time, I was impressed. Especially by the Japanese Automotive Industry’s improvement after the second world war.
But then I noticed something. You can’t control the improvement. Because Improvement is improvement. If you see an opportunity, you work on it. You don’t look at whether it is big or small or and it doesn’t matter if it’s takesn a short or long time.

Final conclusion, I think it’s a balloon. [Balloon? Bu bağlamda anlamadim]. Selamlar!
