Fasting Diets : Shortcut to feast
Fasting diets have been so popular the last few years. I want to explain some things about them [diets] it.
Fasting is a nutrition style /whereby/ in which/ hat you can eat only one meal per day.(But you can drink anything without sugar). Some religiousn believers doing it (without drinkable things).
Some popular methods:
Warrior Diet: You can eat only at dinner and you must /take/consume/ calories needed only through the night, every day. ( 20 Hours Fasting, 4 Hours Eating Time [bütün: küçük harfi kullanin])
Eat Stop Eat ( Brad Pilon) : You /do fasting/fast/ only two days in a week. But you don’t take all the calories needed at dinner. The Purpose of the Diet is that you skip 2 pcs Breakfast and 2 pcs Lunch. If you’d take 500 calories per meal, you’d lose s 2000 calories in a week.
Leangains (Martin Berkhan): You /do partial fasting/fast part of the time/ every day. Skip breakfast and your first meal must be Lunch.
