I would like to begin by saying that according to the majority of doctors say that doing sports can reduce stress, they recommend to do hundred fifty minutes of sports per week, doing physical activity has many benefits, including promoting a sense of wellbeing, in addition specialist say that when sport is performed, the brain releases endorphins, we feel responsible relaxed and satisfied. On the other hand sports are not the only way to reduce stress, as well we can sleep unless 8 hours as a result we will switch and forget about problems, as well we can hear an album of our favorite artist or some soothing sounds as the movement of the sea, waterfalls and jungle noises, can be a stress reliever. In conclusion, there are a lot of ways to cut off stress, it depends of us to choose the one that best fit us, people have different tastes and no all of them will love doing sports.

In addition, ("on the other hand" is used for opposite statements) sports are not only a way to reduce stress, (we can sleep unless 8 hours as a result we will switch and forget about problems, as well we can hear an album of our favorite artist or some soothing sounds as the movement of the sea, waterfalls and jungle noises, can be a stress reliever.)<-- Unfortunately the statement is not clear due to the use of puncuation marks and conjunctions. Here is how I would rewrite it:
