The second note. School. Discipline. Problems Hi there! Hope, this my second note won't be so shameful like the first :) So now it is time when I work at school and it's my first experience. Now I am closing my google translater and writing without it's help. And the truth is when you're a new and young teacher it's really hard. My first mistake I think is discipline. You don't know how to act - be so serious or wasting time talking about the weather, politics, ebola and school problems (in Russian , because the pupils are so lazy and they can't speak in English) or speak only with by yourself because there is a moment when you realize that the most of the group don't understand you. Or the situation: children like you, but parent kick against because you give few homework. What do you think about it? How to act in the best way?
