The best thing that I have ever..

1. The best party that I have ever had was the a birthday of mine when I was in elementary school. On that day the weather was so terrible, (1) I couldn't hang out and was stuck in my room, sitting down alone. All of the sudden, my friends visited/came over me and gave/threw me a surprise party. I can't never forget that this memory until now. I appreciate them deeply.

2. The best festival that I have ever had been to/experienced was the Rock Festival in Sasang Samrack Park in/during the September of the last year. From famous bands to unknown singers, there was were a lot of/many musicians there. (2) We sang a song/songs together and had a great time. (3) At While there, there was were some firefighters who was were trying to get the audience up to spraying water. It seems like they enjoyed that the festival,too. It was really an interesting experience.

EXAMPLE: Nurses should always be cautious when approaching patients, giving them proper care. Being a courageous and pleasant person is a must.

(5) This job can be hazardous at times, and often physically demanding. And even though I become easily exhausted, I love this job. Seeing my patients recover is such a rewarding feeling.

4. I like to have drinking a drink coffee with while watching movies in a at the coffee shop. I live for enjoying coffee time. I really dislike the people who aren't smoking in the area zoned not to smoke designated smoking areas. And I love walking down/along the street with while listening to music. It makes me feel comfortable. The most enjoyable thing that I used to do is would be hanging out with my older sister. Sometimes, we argue with each other, but she always (hold me up.)??

What does "hold me up" mean? I could not figure it out.
