二十一さいです。 ->21才です。
フランス人です。
Parisにすんでいます。　->パリに住んでいます。
よりしくおねがいします。　->よろしくお願いします。

”Katia”　and "Paris" may look better in katakana, if you can put them in it, in the sentence. 

When you are putting numbers in the horizontal writing lines, you put them in numerals not in kanjis. 

"Yorosiku onegai shimaru" is the correct way of saying, and if you can put お願いします in kanji, although it is a little bit difficult one for the beginners, the sentence will look much smarter.
