I was standing on the bus near the windows on the left.  The bus was stopping [1] at the traffic intersection.  I saw an old woman standing on the other side of road,  just in front of me and [2] not far away.  I don't know why she appeared there in the fast traffic lane [3].  There were was [4] a green reusable bag in her right hand and a walking stick in her left hand.  I think she saw me and even waved her stick towards me,  speaking some words as if she was a witch.  yYes, maybe she was, if not , why she showed did she show up at that time?

[1] Did you mean 'stopped'?

[2] You could use either a comma or a conjunction ('and'):

"She standing on the other side of road, just in front of me, not far away."

"She standing on the other side of road, just in front of me and not far away."

[3] I have never heard the phrase "fast traffic lane", only ever heard "fast lane".  Perhaps it's not wrong to write "fast traffic lane", but it sounds unusual to a native English speaker.

[4] I understand why you have used the word 'were': because you then describe two items.  However, you are not describing a collection of items; rather, you are describing two separate, identifiable items.  Please compare these two sentences:

"There were pencils on her desk."

"There was a red pencil and a green pencil on her desk."

You have done a great job with spelling, punctuation, and grammar, with one exception.  Remember to add a space after commas (','), full stops ('.'), and other punctuation marks.
