Have a try These days, I wrote to-do lists on my cell phone after waking up. That helped me clear the schedule of my day and remind me not to delay. For example, this morning I noted these tasks: reading books for half an hour, learning 2 English speaking lessons, publicizing an activity, and now I am finishing the last one---writing a diary in English. I feel it is a good way to avoid time-consuming. Hope you will try the same~
