Potential of Concept-Sauces Though most people know salt,sugar and soy sauce as standard seasonings. Only these are too simple,so we often use it with additional flavor seasonings. We, for example. use not only salt but also some butter or olive oil and garlic for making deep flavor in French cuisine. In fact,butter,olive,consomme,garlic and several taste paste are so significant that we should stock them in a refrigerator at all times.
