Presenting ownership nepali bhasama

Meri hajuramaka naujana didi-bahini(haru) chan.

So far as I know, both singular and plural forms are used in spoken Nepali, but in written Nepali, plural is needed.

Yahako mancheka teeneuta motar(haru*) chan.

People (in this house/place) have three vehicles. (one particular person/family)

Yehaka mancheharuka dui tin wota motorharu hunchhan. 

People here, have multiple vehicles. (more general fact, not specific to one person/family).

(lit. People here have two or three vehicles). 

Tapaiharuka lugga nikkai ramra chan.

lugga raamro chha

luggaharu* raamra chhan. 

Mero sathiko thulobuwaki euti chori cha. (chin) 

Again, chha is not considerd wrong in spoken Nepali, in written Nepali chin(female) should agree with chori(female). 

Yo sahujiko euta pasal matrai ho.

Better: Yo sahujiko yo eutai matrai pasal ho. ( this is the only shop of this shoopkeeper). 

Yo sahujiko euta matrai pasal chha. (this shoopkeeper has just only shop) 

Ti bidesiharuka katiowta jutta chan?

Tapaiko aphnai motar chha?
