Pizza Base Recipe: 피자 배이스 요리법
3 Cups of flour 세 컵의 밀가루 (밀가루 세 컵 is more natural :)
1 Cup of lukewarm Water 한 컵의 미지근한 물 (미지근한 물 한 컵)
1/4 Cup of Oil 쿼터 컵의 식용유 (식용유 4분의 1컵)
Pinch of salt 핀치의 소금
1 Tablespoon of Sugar 한 테이블 스푼의 설탕

1. put water, salt, sugar and yeast into bowl and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Do not mix.
일번: 그릇에서 물과 소금하고 설탕하고 건조 효모를 넣어요. 섞지 않아요.
2. Put flour and oil into a mixing bowl.
이번: 섞는 그릇에서 밀가루하고 식용유를 넣어요.
3. pour step 1 into step 2 and mix with hand. It will be sticky, but it should be dry enough to knead.
삼번: 1번을 2번에 넣고 손으로 섞어요. 끈적끈적하지만 but it should be dry enough to knead. - 반죽이 될 때까지 건조해져야 해요.
4. take dough out of bowl, and knead dough until smooth (maybe 2 minutes)

5. cover the dough with damp towel and let it rest for 20 minutes.
