Uber-Spotify Era For a music lover, the announcement of a partnership between Uber--a car service company in the US--and Spotify--an European music support firm--is a Nirvana, as it would be a great experience to listen to the music in your own playlists while taking a taxi. American people especially the younger generation who is fond of music appear to be the main customer. According to it, that was really a nice try. Spotify CEO Daniel Ek said, "The world is moving to having cars on demand wherever you are when you're traveling, Spotify is having your music on demand.". Nevertheless, there still remains many individuals who are not familiar with it and are not going to have a try. I think the non-necessity is the reason. Enjoying Spotify-Uber service means to share your playlist and personality with strangers, it is not a widely accepted situation for people in private-information-priority countries. In addition, it is not that convenient to link Uber to your Spotify accounts as it can only be registered in a few countries, majority of music lovers are more likely to listen through their headphones rather than taking pains to register.
