How to start a small business ?

I am going to start a small business, but the problem is I don't know how to start it. I have a little some savings which I think is enough for starting a small business. I am thinking about a business with have in connection with the Internet. Now everyone is using an the internet. I think I need to build a website and consider what goods which people is are interested in?. Please share your thoughts ? Thanks a lot.
