Please help me to correct mistakes 1.Literacy is the extent of mastering the skills of writing and reading in the mother tongue. 2.G.Fast is known in his homeland as a prolific writer, the books of which were popular constantly and the circulation of which estimated as millions. 3.The conversation about notorious "Code of honour" and Etnic Commitee have been the focus of interest up to now. 4.In the course of time in speech are adopted those lexical innovations which don't contradict the fundamental sistem of language. 5.From today's state of teaching language depends if upgrades the status of mother tongue, expands its social funcions. 6.Some words and expressions were formerly beyond the pale of conventional standards. 7.Reasonably interestingly the origin of terms. Very good. This variant is slightly better to me: "Literacy is the extent of mastery of the skills of reading and writing in the mother tongue."

For some reason, the words 'reading' and 'writing', if written as a pair, are usually in that order.

2.G.Fast is known in his homeland as a prolific writer, the books of which were popular constantly and the circulation of which estimated as millions.

G. Fast is known in his homeland as a prolific writer, whose books were (/are наст. врем.? - 'is known') constantly popular, with a circulation estimated to be (in the) millions.

Alternatively, to retain ", of which", something like:

G. Fast is known in his homeland as a prolific writer, and is author of many constantly popular books, the circulation of which is estimated to be (in the) millions.

3.The conversation about the notorious "Code of honour" and Etnic the Ethnic / Ethics? Committee have* been the focus of interest up to now.

This is difficult (is it Cicero, by the way?). There are many ways of phrasing this, but I might accidentally change the meaning. I suggest,

"When the words chosen for the expression of corresponding thoughts were well ordered and vivid/clear, a special dignity was given to them in antiquity" or something like that.
