Practicing and talking on my night I didnt know to write in the diary, but the point is to practice. This night has been very longer, because I´ve only slept 1 hour, I have insomnia often, but i hope will use time to follow studying english, although I like read a good book in this long nigth with a good coffe.

This night has been very longer, because I´ve only slept 1 (es mejor usar "one") hour. I have insomnia often (yo también, y no me gusta!), but I hope I will be able to use the time to follow studying English, although I'd like to read a good book in this long night with a good coffee.

Aquí, no necesitas usar las palabras "this long night." Podrías decir: "I hope I will be able to use the time to study English, although I'd like to read a good book with a good (cup) of coffee."

Esto es muy buen trabajo!!
